Everybody is complaining about the price of fuel going up, but the cost of two peanut butter sandwiches is still reasonable.

Eat the Waffelaco

Chris calls it BaconEggsnCheeseWaffleSandwich, but that's as much of a mouthful as the meal itself. It's folded over and eaten like a taco, so I call it the waffelaco.

It's a cyclist's meal and you can tell I'm enjoying every bit of it.



Another fellow cyclist who did not join us for the Commuter Breakfast is looking for commuter's stories. Chris's waffelaco might become legend.

Feeding the Cyclist

I've posted my recipes before. Sometimes I wonder if anyone besides me would really enjoy eating what I eat -- my family often turns down my cooking -- but you know what? I don't care. I'm posting my recipes anyway.

The two recipes I've posted on this page are geared to the high-calorie diet of a cyclist. These two are different enough to stand at least a little distance from the crowd. You can judge for yourself.
