Recipe: Recovery Smoothie

 

In a Smoothie machine (or a blender if you don't have a smoothie machine) add:

1/3 C
Orange Juice
1
Egg raw
1 T
Quick Cook Oatmeal
2/3 C
Apple Sauce
1
Frozen Banana
1/2 C
Dry milk powder
1/2 C
Liquid Milk
2 T
Chocolate Milk Powder

This makes 2 normal-sized servings, but I usually drink all of it myself. This is pretty thick, so you may want to add more liquid milk.

I keep a couple of bananas in the freezer for making smoothies. When I take one out for a smoothie, I put a new one in. I peel the banana, break it into 3-4 chunks and place it inside a ziploc bag.
