The cyclist likes to eat. Much of the enjoyment comes from the amount of food the cyclist can eat without gaining weight, but also from looking forward to the next great big meal.
There are many "standards" while riding, but I'll focus on some of my favorite pre- and post-ride meals. I won't say these are completely unique, but they are different enough to warrant me putting together the recipe.
Banana/Apple/chocolate flavor with extra protein. I often drink these after a ride to help muscles recover. The liquid is often easier to get into my bloodstream than solid foods.
This is a silly name for a stack of pancakes with oatmeal holding together the layers.
